It was fine for the three months I've had it. Unfortunately the suction came off my car dashboard while I was driving and the internal piece seems to be dislodged. Now the quick release button is stuck and it doesn't hold my phone securely.

suction cup mount is kinda mid but it came with the fan clip and i didnt expect to need it but since the suction cup sucks and i needed it to work the fan clip works great
The only phone holder that has been consistently reliable in the Australian heat.It's good enough that I bought one for my wife's car as well, to replace her old unreliable vent clip holder.
I’m leaving 5 stars but that may change it’s already fallen off two seperate times despite me cleaning the glass. I’ve had much better phone holders in the past. If it falls again I will be returning it.
Not entirely happy with the product. But if you can set up the holder well, it works for me so far.First of all, I expected the "military grade" suction would be some better quality rubber to hold onto the glass during punishing Aussie summer. However, it comes with glue, which is a symbol of lack of confidence. In my past experience, the glue will inevitably melt during the hottest days. I have yet to see how it holds. If it holds for the entire summer I will change the rating to 5 stars.If it is just the glue on suction cup, it is still 4.5 stars. On the other hand the bonus vent clip is so short. Basically it cannot clip to the other side of vent blade, which makes it always a bit iffy with a moderately heavy phone. I just need extra 1cm or so, which makes it a way way way better holder. In this regards, Lisen and ugreen does a much better jobs.
